WORK ON SITE
We build every Saturday from 9:00am-3pm (except holidays). For specific locations, directions and to schedule a volunteer date, contact our office at 570-820-8002 or e-mail volunteer@wv-hfh.org.
All tools, safety glasses, and dust masks are furnished on the job site. If you have special tools that you prefer to use, please feel free to bring them.
Job sites are often dusty and dirty so please dress appropriately with old clothes and sturdy shoes.
SUPPLY LUNCH
Lunch is a highlight for the Saturday volunteers. Workers take a break from building to enjoy good food in the company of the volunteers. Several local restaurants, churches or individuals have donated lunches. If you would like to donate lunch call the office at 570-820-8002 or email volunteer@wv-hfh.org. Sara, our volunteer coordinator, will contact you and confirm the number of volunteers that will be working that Saturday. It is a great way to meet some wonderful volunteers and help Habitat!
SCHEDULE YOUR GROUP
Have a group and would like to help? If you or your group would like to volunteer by hammering and nailing or providing lunches for other volunteers, please call the office at 570-820-8002 or email Sara at volunteer@wv-hfh.org to schedule work
