Attorney Kelly Bray Snyder is a 2005 graduate of Pace University School of Law with a certificate in Environmental Law and a 2002 Magna Cum Laude graduate of King’s College. Attorney Bray also serves as Secretary for the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association’s Young Lawyers Division. She is an associate at the Dyller Law Firm, where she focuses on civil rights and real estate. She is also an adjunct professor at King’s College.

Jim Zarra is a lifelong resident of Wyoming Valley and served as Mayor of Yatesville Borough for three terms. He graduated from SUNY Binghamton’s Watson School of Engineering with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Jim is employed as the Director of Information Technology with Tammac Holdings Corporation and is Treasurer of the Redevelopment Authority for the City of Pittston.
Jim currently resides in Jenkins Township with his wife Rita, Cat Wayne, Newfoundland Dog; Chief, and Sheepdog “Good Citizen;” Sarge.
Sally Rothstein

Sally Rothstein is a life-long resident of the Wyoming Valley, growing up in Kingston and moving to the Back Mountain in 1978 with her husband Steve to raise their two children, Alison & Jeff. Her children are both married and she has two grandchildren.
Sally has been a Realtor since 1992. She is Vice President of Sales Services for Lewith & Freeman Real Estate, and has volunteered in the community with many organizations throughout her life.
Treasurer
Ellen Watkins is a recent retiree who has spent her entire career in banking and lending. For the last part of her career, Ellen was a CRA Coordinator for National Penn Bank (now BB&T). Her focus was on reaching out to first time homebuyers in low- and moderate-income ranges to prepare them for homeownership. She worked closely with local governments and non-profits that offer grants to first time buyers to help with down payment and closing cost assistance. Ellen also worked with clients to resolve credit issues and help establish an acceptable credit history.
Ellen has been an active Board and Committee member of Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity for more than 10 years. She is a past member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of NEPA, Realtor Associations in Greater Wilkes-Barre area, Hazleton and Schuylkill County. She served on the Loan Committee for Ways to Work in Monroe County, and was a member of the Monroe County Housing Committee and Luzerne County Housing Partnership.
A life long resident of Wilkes-Barre, Ellen and her husband Gary reside in South Wilkes-Barre.
Greg Barrouk

Greg Barrouk is a graduate of Meyers High School and Wilkes University.
Greg spent 12 years working for the City of Wilkes Barre’s Administration and is currently a Real Estate Salesperson for Christine Kutz Brokerage and a Real Estate Consultant.
Greg is a member of St. Nicholas Parish in Wilkes-Barre and has three children.

Frank is the founder and CEO of ConversionWorx Media, a full service marketing agency located in Wilkes-Barre. Frank has over 20 years experience as a business and marketing professional. He has a track record for delivering and sustaining revenues while increasing profit gains in some of the most competitive industries. Frank currently resides in Forty Fort with his wife, Karen, and two daughters, Samantha & Stephanie.

Bob is a graduate of American University and serves as President of Performance Marketing Group/Performance Hi-Fidelity. Bob’s community involvement also includes; Chairman, Luzerne County Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors; Co-Chair, Great Valley Technical Alliance; Business Plan Competition 2006-2008 and Diamond City Partnership member.

Tracey Williams DeRocco is a lifelong resident of the Wyoming Valley, and a graduate of King’s College with a degree in Marketing.
In addition to being a Board Member for Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity, she also serves on the WVHFH Family Selection Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Wilkes-Barre Catholic Youth Center, volunteer for North Branch Land Trust, and volunteer for Wyoming Valley Montessori School.
Tracey resides in the Back Mountain with her husband, Jeffrey DeRocco, son David and stepsons, Jeffrey Jr, and Mason.

Marlee A. Lambert, practices as a physician assistant at Lackawanna Valley Dermatology Associates in Kingston, Pennsylvania. Marlee earned her bachelor’s degree in Medical Studies from King’s College in 2019, and graduated from the King’s College Physician Assistant Program, with her Master’s, in 2020.
Marlee resides in Wyoming with her husband, Tim Lambert. She is involved in serving her Parish, St. Ignatius of Loyola in Kingston, where she is a choir member, leader of song, and Art and Environment Committee member. She is particularly passionate about Habitat for Humanity, having participated twice in week-long trips. In 2017, she spent three weeks on a medical mission trip to Ecuador, where she volunteered with the Foundation for International Medical Relief of Children.

Traci Donahue is the current President/CEO of Cross Valley Federal Credit Union.
Traci started her career in the early 90’s as a teller for a local bank. She joined the credit union movement in 1998 and has been learning and growing ever since. Traci has covered every area of the credit union, from Member Service, Compliance, Loans, Collections, Accounting, Investments and Operations. She became the CEO of Horizon Federal Credit Union in June 2011 and relocated to Cross Valley Federal Credit Union in April 2015.
Throughout her career, she has been through several mergers, changes in regulation and compliance and instrumental in the growth of a $12 million dollar credit union to a $63 million dollar credit union and now manages a $220-million dollar organization.
Traci is active in the credit union space, serving on The Cross State Association Board, and The Cross State Foundation Board, she also currently serves on the Federal Reserve Community Depository Institution Advisory Committee, the Luzerne County Community College Foundation Board along with the Habitat for Humanity Board and Chair of the Family Selection Committee and Finance Committee.
Marley E. Mullery

Marley E. Mullery, Esquire, is an Associate Attorney at the law firm of Rosenn, Jenkins, & Greenwald, LLP, in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where she practices labor and employment law. She is a 2022 graduate of Notre Dame Law School and a 2019 graduate of the Catholic University of America, where she earned a B.A. in Politics. Marley is a member of the Luzerne County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division, and the Notre Dame Alumni Association. She currently resides in Kingston with her fiancé, Robert, and their cat, Louie.”
Thomas J. Gercak
AIA, LEED AP BC+C, Board Member
Tom Gercak is a registered architect with degrees from Drexel University and Penn State University and has worked in the architecture profession and construction industry for over 30 years. His current role is a construction manager for Amazon.
Tom is a LEED accredited professional in building design and construction and is also a member of the American Institute of Architects along with being a former adjunct professor at Luzerne County Community College.
Through his nine years of teaching architectural courses at LCCC, Tom was first introduced to WVHFH by coordinating his classes to volunteer on Saturdays which allowed the students to study construction in the field while helping a worthy cause. Since that time, Tom has been actively involved with the WVHFH building committee.
Tom resides in Wyoming with his wife Tracy and has a daughter, Alaina and son, Alex.

Mike Kordek has worked on WV-HFH home building projects since 2000. He recently retired from the Veterans Administration Health system and had been a physician at Geisinger since the 90’s. He is a graduate of Merrimack College, University of Conn. Medical School, and recently earned his Masters degree in Biomedical Informatics.

Igor Bodnar is originally from Ukraine and has lived in the Wyoming Valley since 1991.
Igor is a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and King’s College.
He spent 11 years in the banking industry, including Wells Fargo and FNCB.
Igor is currently employed by Assured Partners, as a Sales Executive focusing on Commercial Insurance.
Along with being a Board Member for Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity, he also serves as a Board Member on the Back Mountain Chamber, and is a past Executive Committee, Membership Committee, and Annual Dinner Committee member.
Igor resides in Taylor with his wife, Jennifer.

Leonard V. Shimko, a life-long resident of the Wyoming Valley and was the former Chief Executive Officer of the Cross Valley Federal Credit for 42 years before retiring in 2011. Len has served on Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity’s Executive Committee since 2003.
A member of the first graduating class from Luzerne County Community College in 1969, Mr. Shimko has remained active as an alum serving on LCCC’s Foundation Board. He is also active in the community serving as Chairman of the Northeast Council of Credit Union Executives Society (CUES), and as a member of the Knights of Columbus#3987 in Luzerne.
In 1993, Mr. Shimko was awarded with the prestigious CEO of the Year award from the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association (PCUA), and 2004 he received the Abigail M. George Outstanding Service Award from the LCCC Alumni Association.
Mr. Shimko resides in Harding, PA with his wife, the former Bernadine Luke. He has two children Michael and Kristina.

Lee Sorber is the Chief Business Development Officer at Cross Valley Federal Credit Union. Lee has been with Cross Valley since 2010 when he started as the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology.
Lee grew up in a family business which included a heating oil company, gas station, excavation, paving and trucking. In 1995 he purchased a Tri-axle dump truck and started his own trucking company which he managed while going to school for information technology.
Lee is an active outdoorsman and trap shooter. He serves as the Treasurer for the Nuangola Rod and Gun Club. Lee also enjoys his time representing the credit union at charitable events and fundraisers throughout our local communities.

Bernie Stelma is a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and The Pennsylvania State University.
Bernie spent 22 years working with Wells Fargo Bank as a Branch Manager and is currently a Business Banking Relationship Manager with M&T Bank in the Wilkes-Barre Region.
Bernie resides in Hanover Twp with his wife Andrea and their 2 sons.

Amanda Torres is the Founder and CEO of Quinn Payroll Solutions, a payroll, HR, and bookkeeping company located in Wilkes-Barre. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from King’s College in 2012 and has been working as a professional in the payroll and HR industry for over 10 years. She is currently studying to take the SHRM-SCP exam.
In addition to being a Board Member for Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity, she also serves on the WVHFH Family Selection Committee. A Bishop Hoban graduate, Amanda grew up in Mountain Top and currently resides in Jenkins Township with her husband, Mike, and their dog, Zoey.

Eric C. Woelfel has lived in the Wyoming Valley area for the past 41 years, and is employed in the Construction Industry. A graduate of Penn State University, he is the owner of Woelfel Consulting LLC, a construction management and inspection firm. He has been a regular volunteer with WVHFH since 2002, and also volunteers at The Salvation Army and a local soup kitchen. Eric resides with his wife, Anne in Bear Creek Village.

Thomas grew up in Pittston and currently resides in Laflin. He is a Bloomsburg University graduate with a B.A in Exercise Science and a minor in Business. He also holds a Masters of Science in Management from Colorado Technical University.
Thomas is currently employed by All Service Rite, Inc as a Project Manager which provides Mechanical Contracting Services to the Wyoming Valley.
He holds a Professional Certification from the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst Professional, is a Level I Thermographer, and until recently, LEED AP/ Building Design and Construction certification.
Along with being a Board Member for Wyoming Valley Habitat for Humanity, he also serves on the WVHFH Building Committee, the Tomato Festival Committee (Pittston Tomato Festival), and works part time for the City of Pittston as a Code Official.

Eric Oshinski is a graduate of Penn State with a degree in Public Relations. After graduation, Eric joined Enterprise Holdings as a Management Trainee. Upon completion of the Management Trainee program, Eric held positions of Branch Manager, Car Sales Consultant, and Finance Manager across their Wilkes-Barre Scranton, Williamsport, and Allentown markets. Eric transitioned to the banking world and joined Wells Fargo as a Branch Manager in 2021 and currently manages their office in Taylor. He is also currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership from Penn State’s World Campus. Eric resides in Forty Fort with his wife Jen and daughter Olivia.
